HOTEL INFORMATION UPDATED ON JUNE 3, 2008:
We have been informed that rooms at Brasstown Valley are running out. We have met and exceeded our room block and they are taking reservations based on a case by case basis. GAR has contacted another local hotel within five miles from the Brasstown Valley called The Ridges. The hotel has agreed to offer $129.00 plus taxes per night (as opposed to their published rates of $149.00 per night). 

Should you need to make hotel accommodations, please contact the reservations department at The Ridges at 888-834-4409 and let them know you are with the Georgia Association of REALTORS® group. If you run into any problems with your hotel reservation, please contact Ellen Shea at the GAR Office.

Room Rates are $129.00 single / double occupancy
plus 12% tax and a $10.00 resort fee**

There is a small supply of rooms on Saturday night. Rooms are available
from Sunday – Wednesday morning. Hotel has agreed to offer group rate three days 
before and three days after the conference on a space available basis.

 **RESORT FEE INCLUDES:
Unlimited local phone calls, unlimited toll free calling, access to fitness center and steam/sauna features, access to the over 9 miles of maintained hiking trails, access and equipment usage for on site bass fishing pond, unlimited hours of lighted tennis court time with complimentary equipment usage, daily newspaper, in-room coffee, wireless internet access, business center access. The resort fee is taxed at 7%.

BRASSTOWN VALLEY ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY (EFFECTIVE 7/23/07)

• All reservation requests require a credit card to secure the reservation.
• Cancellations received 7 days or more before arrival date will be accepted without charge.
• Cancellations received 6 days or less prior to your arrival date will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax.
• Please record and keep your cancellation number as "No-Show" reservations will be charged at 100% of the daily rate of the reservation for the entire reserved stay.
